We have no client cases to show yet and we do not invent any. What we can show is the work itself: real, current tenders we have read in full, and what the deep dive then delivers. Names of buyers and tenders are public; no client is involved.
Fourteen documents read. The requirement matrix counts 200 minimum requirements and 40 wishes, three award criteria (wishes 155,500, audit trail 150,000, demonstration 150,000 notional euro) and three core competences, including a SaaS reference at five municipalities with more than 30,000 inhabitants. The clarification round produced thirteen questions, including one genuine error in the tender guide: it refers to a law replaced on 15 August 2026.
What this means: Chance class for a software company without those five municipal references: none. For one with them: good, because quality weighs heavily and the demo is the client itself. We would sooner say 'don't bid' here than a bureau would.
Quality 70%: three texts of two A4 pages each on expertise, team and planning, judged on 'clear, realistic, measurable'. Price 30% via a price sheet with forty unit rates. Knock-outs: BRL SIKB 2000 recognition, ISO 9001, thirty soil investigations in 36 months, two PFAS sites. In our segment overview: 610 awards in twelve months, median 449,600 euro, 78% SME winners.
What this means: For a recognised soil consultancy of 20 to 50 staff: chance class fair to good. Six sharp pages decide; that is exactly the work agents and a reviewer produce in 48 hours.
Awarded on lowest price, with certificate requirements (BRL K10014 and K10015, ISO 9001, VCA**, ISO 14001, CO2 performance ladder). No quality text.
What this means: Here we add little to the outcome. The chance class depends entirely on price; we offer the requirement matrix and the certificate check, and do not recommend 'bid with us'.
Four awards in twelve months according to TED. Four open tenders match the keywords of the website, including the PFAS investigation above. In the engineering and consultancy segment: 610 awards, 78% SME, 45 winners of the same size. Radar: 56 contracts expiring within twelve months.
What this means: This is what the introduction looks like: no sales pitch, but the company's own position in the market, with a source per line and a button to correct.
All figures in these examples can be checked on TenderNed and TED. As soon as the first companies have bid with us, we will show their outcomes here, anonymised, won and lost.
