Privacy statement (summary in English)

1. Controller: Careerswitch B.V. (trade name MyTenders), Chamber of Commerce 93568347, Duindigt 10, 2244 BR Wassenaar, the Netherlands, info@mytenders.nl.
2. Sign-up and personal page: company name, Chamber of Commerce number, website, business e-mail address, your description and segment, plus public tenders, awards, registers and the public text of your website; basis: performance of the agreement; kept until you delete your page, after which only an anonymous reference and the date remain so we do not approach you again.
3. Invitations we send ourselves: company data from public sources and the company's general business e-mail address; basis: legitimate interest in approaching legal entities, with an opt-out in every e-mail.
4. Subscription and invoices: business e-mail address, company data, payment and mandate data via Mollie; kept for the duration of the subscription, invoices seven years. Deep dive and bid documents: kept until 30 days after the service ends; for personal data in your documents we act as processor.
5. Processors: Fly.io (hosting, Amsterdam), Resend (e-mail), Mollie B.V. (payments and direct-debit mandates), Anthropic (text analysis of your public website text and description to determine search terms; no model training on your data), partner specialists only at your request. Outside the EU the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision apply.
6. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability via info@mytenders.nl; correct or delete your page and cancel your subscription yourself with the buttons on your page; complaints may also go to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Security: data separated per customer, restricted access, HTTPS, secrets only on the server, processor agreements. Cookies: one functional cookie that links your page to your browser; no tracking or advertising cookies.
